Methods of DNA Sequencing

DNA sequencing is a process to decode the DNA in terms of its basic units, adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine. Now, DNA sequencing includes several methods and technologies that are used for determining the order of the nucleotide bases in a strand of DNA.
