How Indians are publishing Their works in Nature

Previously, i talked about how Indian news paper used to publish scientific news. Now, lets see how Indian researchers are publishing their work. The Nature Publishing Index Asia-Pacific (NPI-AP)is a institution that tracks research published in Nature and other monthly journals from nature publishing group from the Asia-Pacific region during the past 12 months, and is updated weekly. Thus, the NPI-AP highlights the highest-quality basic research emerging from the rapidly developing in countries of Asia-Pacific region.These rankings of NPI-AP are based on the number of papers that were published within the a year. These rankings include papers that were published as research articles or reviews in Nature and/or other monthly research journals of nature publishing group. NPI-AP makes ranking list country and institutes by the number of articles publishes by them. Interestingly, there is a good tools to track them also.
Now, lets consider the latest rank of NPI-AP. India acquire 10th position in both list of research article and reviews. Japan topped the list in research article ranking while Australia was number 1 in review article publishing.
